A ceiling of aurora
Watch the Northern Lights straight from your bed, with no need to go anywhere. Every suite is placed so you see no other rooms, only forest and sky.
The Sauna, by the snow
A traditional wood-fired sauna, its löyly soft and moist the way only a wood stove can make it, and a jacuzzi under the Arctic stars.
Aurora Hut
A timber hut with an open fire at its centre, there for every guest. Settle in by the flames and order a drink, a tapas platter or a few snacks.
This season in Lapland
Ruska and the first auroras
Autumn is colour and quiet. The fells turn to ruska, and with fewer people around, the animals come closer: rabbits, reindeer and foxes wander past the suites. As soon as the nights darken in September the aurora returns, and without snow to reflect the light, its colours burn deeper than at any other time of year.
