When you make a booking or enquiry, we collect the details needed to answer you, prepare the stay, and manage the reservation: name, contact details, stay dates, guest count, address, arrival information, special requests, and selected extras.

For pre-arrival check-in, we collect the guest registration details required for accommodation operations in Finland, plus optional preferences that help us prepare the stay.

We use this information to process bookings, communicate with guests, prepare services, handle payments, meet legal obligations, and keep the resort safe and well operated.

We do not sell guest data. We share information only with service providers needed to run the stay, such as booking, payment, email, hosting, and operational systems.

Booking and check-in information is stored in the systems we use to operate Olo Resort. Access is limited to people and providers who need it for reservations, guest service, accounting, safety, or legal compliance.

We keep information only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law.

You can ask us to review, correct, or delete your personal information by contacting levi@oloresort.fi. Some information may need to be retained where legal, accounting, or security obligations apply.

Optional preferences, marketing choices, and special requests can be updated or withdrawn by contacting us.
